About Us

A J Hodge Associates was established by Andrew Hodge MRICS MPTS MFPWS IMaPS a former director of a large national property consultancy to provide comprehensive independent advice to commercial and residential clients in all business sectors.

Andrew Hodge worked at Guy Northcott in Bristol before joining national property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton in 2001, where he was a Director in the Building Consultancy Department prior to leaving in 2009 to set up A J Hodge Associates.

A J Hodge Associates offers a vast wealth of experience in all aspects of surveying work and can provide clients with a director level service at reasonable fee levels whilst adding a personal touch. We work with clients throughout the UK in all business sectors and pride ourselves on our breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise.

We have over 25 years experience in the property and construction industry providing pragmatic, technical and strategic property advice to funders, investors, owners and occupiers alike. We have a proven track record in managing and advising on all aspects of surveying, design, construction, refurbishment, alteration, maintenance and repair of buildings. We pride ourselves on providing high quality advice and an ability to always look at the bigger picture.

We are fully insured with professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the RICS rules of conduct.
